Job Description Our client is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to provide a full range of HR and ER consulting services as an integral part of a small HR Team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and managing one HR Advisor you will provide services to an employee base of over 600 staff across all business functions.

You will have a generalist HR background at HR Advisor level with solid experience and a bent towards Employee Relations, or potentially now have a specialisation in Employee Relations, but looking for some broader HR exposure again. Your experience will include union negotiations, building and maintaining strong relationships with union officials, sound disciplinary and grievances experience, and a good grounding in relevant legislation.

Your experience will also expand from recruitment through to learning and development, including managing relationships with external L&D providers to ensure appropriate training is delivered to the business. You will of course have a relevant HR qualification.

Naturally you will have excellent communication skills, strong relationship management skills, brilliant organisational and multi taking ability, and be a team player who thrives in a busy and dynamic environment.
