Description |
Are you a well experienced Organisational Development professional who has in depth experience in Organisational development including the design of Talent management, workplace and cultural systems and design of workshops/interventions?
Our client, a large corporate is looking to appoint two Organisational Development consultants to work in a busy professional environment.
If you have a track record of planning, developing and delivering organisational development and strategic change initiatives then these roles will be very attractive to you.
The successful candidates will need a University degree or relevant tertiary qualification. As the roles do require strong consulting skills including effective influencing skills Consulting Practice experience would be ideal.
A competitive salary will be negotiated with the successful appointees.
