Description |
We're looking for a highly experienced business leader, someone with a forward thinking approach to business development, who is passionate about performance and a natural with people. You will lead the following functions to ensure operational implementation and the desired business results are achieved;
Define, develop & lead the Manpower business strategy
Drive business development and customer growth through client and candidate relationship management strategy
Lead our people to ensure a highly successful and collaborative team
Achieve annual performance targets through strong financial management
You will bring to the role your proven experience and expertise with regard to the following:
Solid experience in either the Recruitment (preferably) or Professional Service industry with a strong focus on sales achievement
Experience with Temporary staffing pools and scheduling / rostering management
Strong leadership skills, with superior communication
Highly team oriented with strong team building skills.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Proven experience in the strategic development and successful implementation of initiatives in business
Strong financial and business acumen with proven results
Experience in a fast paced, transactional environment
Demonstrated success in implementation of change management
