Job Description The Nurse Maude Association has a great opportunity to join our HR team as a half time Recruitment Coordinator.
The main focus of this role will be completing the recruitment and orientation of Support Workers who provide care to people in their homes for the Associations Home Care service. In addition there will also be opportunities to assist with other recruitment, retention and HR project work for the Association.

Key tasks will involve attracting applicants, short listing, completing the Associations existing recruitment processes, interviewing and assisting in the orientation process.
Our previous recruitment coordinator worked in the role while completing her degree. You may be in a similar situation or alternatively have recruitment and/or administrative experience and be looking to reenter the workforce in a part time role. Either way we would love to hear from you if you have:

?Proven time management skills/ability to meet deadlines
?Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
?Word and excel knowledge
?A passion to work in the recruitment field
