You will be handed a warm portfolio and will work as part of the team to hit KPIs and temps out numbers to reach the sliding scale bonus¡¯. The team is having huge success at the moment with temp numbers soaring, so you cannot fail to be part of the success – its infectious!
Working in a small team of consultants you¡¯ll be a self managing, process driven person able to work at pace to meet the expectations of your candidates and clients.

You must have sales + customer service experience, having worked to targets or are an experienced recruiter looking for an opportunity to work towards a team leader position.
