Job Description Our client, based within Government, is looking for a new Trainer who has an understanding of technology, or the ability to pick up technical information with relative ease, to train and motivate staff throughout their organisation.

Your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to:


Ensuring new staff have the appropriate introductory training
Classroom and one to one based training sessions
Able to assess needs and implement appropriate development strategies
Enthusiasm about training and its ability to enhance IT service delivery
Motivating the team and monitoring effective outcomes
