Description |
This is an exciting multitasking Wellington position, involving the day to day servicing, retention and growth of your own dedicated portfolio of clients for a well respected Insurance Broker.
If you have good fire and general experience, (broking or underwriting ) and know you have what it takes to develop good relationships, ensure excellent customer service for future development of business, whilst keeping on top of the associated administration then this position should interest you.
Your duties will include the full day to day servicing and retention of dedicated Clients through focusing on their retention and expansion, whilst being ever vigilant for new business acquisitions. Our client is known for their attention to detail and exceptional service, so your organisational ability, integrity and commitment are essential skills for this position. You will enjoy the variety of risk management/ quotations /placements/ alterations / renewals / claims negotiations and other broking related activities. Needless to say an aptitude for figures is a bonus.
We are looking for a self motivated and highly organised person who has the ability to give the full range of broking services to their clients. A thorough understanding of commercial F&G is essential in order to give quality technical risk management advice/support through regular client reviews, leading to successfully marketing or remarketing accounts as required.
Existing good computer knowledge will be necessary for processing of renewals, endorsements and new business. It will be great if you have completed, or part completed, your Insurance Institute qualifications. Industry qualifications are strongly supported and encouraged.
