Description |
Our client is seeking a Support Consultant with experience of the Sun Systems product. Other similar tier 2 ERP product experience might be considered.
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years Sun Systems experience.
Knowledge of relating 3rd Party Products
Successful completion of Sun Systems certification exams.
Customer service or support experience.
A basic understanding of SQL Server.
Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems and Email and Internet
A mix of technical and functional skills would be highly regarded.
A competitive salary package will be negotiated with successful candidate.
