Description |

The Role
The ability to assess how a business is running and apply IT solutions efficiently and effectively, whilst ensuring it enhances rather than hinders end users is essential. ( sounds fundamental - but you'd be surprised how many people don't see the timber for the tree's )
Working within a close knit team of people, the ability to tackle projects autonomously or in a team is required, as is the ability to take the initiative and pursue an idea or concept without being told how to each step of the way.
You immediate manager is seeking someone who can be self starting and motivated, but is also keen to step up and take on some Project Management work as and when required, and be seen as a senior team member to other BA's.
Skills
A thorough technical background is preferred although not essential
Good grasp of different technologies and how there can be applied in different scenario's
The ability to lead by example, and take on leadership duties when required.
A good sense of humour with the ability to enjoy your work whilst not getting too serious is essential
The team is first rate and have a positive work environment and are also active socially.
