An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and experienced ATM Remote Management Analyst This position is being offered within our ATM Technical Services Team in Project Delivery, and is located in our North Sydney offices.
The ATM Remote Management Analyst is responsible for all remote management services, applications and products. This includes the ongoing technical development, support, analysis and implementation of products such as Triton Connect, Net Support Manager, Content Manager and any other similar environments implemented in the future.
ATM Remote Management Analyst is a new position within the ATM Technical Services department; it would suite either a skilled network analyst looking to move into a more of project and service focused role or a Business Analyst with Network Communications experience looking to expand their technical skill set. The person in this role will also be expected to stand in for the ATM Management Analyst occasionally (and vice versa).
This is a technical role requiring a hands-on approach to design, implementation and support. It is envisaged that the successful applicant will be able to complete small-scale projects with minimal supervision on both the business and technical aspects of a project.
The successful candidate will be required to:
，Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst, ATM Technical Services Team, and the ATM Product Team in the delivery of projects to enhance First Data's services.
，Analyse solutions that consider all aspects of the environment in which these systems run such as hardware platforms, operating systems, third party applications, network environment, security, maintenance, external supplier interfaces, internal data management, ease of use, procedural impacts and so on.
，Liaise with all technical, production support and operational/user teams to provide any necessary support.
Skills - Entry Requirements:
，Knowledge of network impacts involving typical LAN applications, eg Microsoft operating systems
，Win XP, or WIN NT or Win2000, 2003 experience
，Familiarity with ATM monitoring and fault management
，Familiarity with an EFT application
，Knowledge of communication protocols and standards, particularly TCP/IP, and preferably X.25, SNA, SDLC.
，Advanced Communication Skills, written and oral.
，An ability to define and establish technical solutions and design.
，Knowledge or understanding of our clients' ATM business requirements
，For the ideal candidate, proven hands-on technical skills in a comparable environment
，Advanced Problem resolution skills
，Advanced analytical skills
，Advanced issue management skills
，Demonstrable ownership of problems and project tasks
，Connex Environmental Database (CED) experience would be of benefit.
Oracle or other Database experience would be of benefit.
