Description |
We require two IT Specialists for a 6 month contract. The IT Specialist position is responsible for monitoring, controlling and operating complex computer systems, networks, applications and/or distributed systems in a multi vendor environment. Functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Supporting and maintaining windows 2000 Active Directory infrastructures
2. Managing the enterprise environment
3. Providing 2nd and 3rd level support
4. Providing health checking of the environment
You will bring the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in Active Directory at the Enterprise Level
Experience in Windows desktop deployment technologies
Microsoft SQL and SQL clustering 2000 enterprise addition experience
Strong Windows 2000 Advanced Server skills
Proven active directory skills
Knowledge of Microsoft XP
Microsoft Clustering
Knowledge in DNS and other enterprise related technologies
We are awaiting official confirmation from the client on this role, but expect to have full approval later in the week. Contract rates will be dependant on skill set and experience.
