Calling all ISP Support Centre staff and recent IT graduates. Now is the time to start your career with a telecommunications company that is best placed to take advantage of the unbundling of the local loop. My client is a market leader within the Internet and Telecommunications field. Your 2 years commercial experience gained within a call centre or technical user support environment would be ideal, but training will given to candidates with a specifically matched academic background and customer service skills. This is a large fast moving and fun environment focussing on a number of different technical areas. On the product side you will learn about and support IP, Voice and Data, on the 'IT' side mainly Windows and Mac. Package ranges from $38K - $40K plus benefits.
