My client is a market leader within the Internet and Telecommunications field. Your 2 years commercial experience gained within a call centre or technical user support environment would be ideal, but training will given to candidates with a specifically matched academic background and customer service skills.
This is a large fast moving and fun environment focussing on a number of different technical areas. On the product side you will learn about and support IP, Voice and Data, on the 'IT' side mainly Windows and Mac.
Package ranges from $38K - $40K plus benefits.
