Job Description Do you enjoy project work? Do you have experience in a legal environment? Do you want to work for one of NZs leading law firms?

Our client is looking for a Project Services Coordinator to join their Project Services Team. This is a great opportunity for you to utilise your knowledge of legal practice gained by working in a legal environment and/or from tertiary study in the area of law.

In the role, you will be developing and running projects autonomously alongside a team. A strong customer service ethos is needed and the ability to multitask and delegate effectively.

The main objectives of the role are to coordinate the provision of paralegal support to the legal teams, to manage the substantial documentation and administrative projects, and assist with the administration of e-services, while maintaining a high standard of service for both internal and external customers.

We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, a desire to exceed expectations and to go that extra mile, strong organisational skills, and a general interest in computers, networks and database management.
