Job Description Leading supplier in the print market requires a Customer Service/Logistics Manager to maintain their high standards of quality and customer service at all times. This role got it all, it combines a wide range of business aspects in to one; Sales/Customer Service/Purchasing/Planning and Staff Management.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Customer Service team of four and a Production Scheduler.

Position
Manage a high level of quality customer service to clients
Providing quotations, back up for Sales Team
Supplier management and control
Stock purchasing and finished goods / raw materials inventory control
Coordinate and document all print jobs using there Computer Software system

You must have:
Tertiary Qualified, preferably in Logistics
Must have similar work experience in a Manufacturing environment
Good Sales Support/ Customer Service experience
Commercial Urgency
Initiative, Energy and Drive
Results orientated with a ¡°Can Do¡± attitude.
Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and take ownership
Computer literate.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential!
