Description |
Reporting to the General Manager your primary focus will be to maximise SEEK's profile amongst target advertisers and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
Key responsibilities
Analysing market data and converting into sales collateral.
Liaising with the Marketing Department, in Melbourne, regarding group marketing and advertising initiatives.
Providing marketing assistance tot he sales team in respect to sales collateral, presentations and trade marketing messages.
Assist in the implementation of trade marketing events, client entertainment functions and educational seminars.
Maintaining client databases.
Co-ordinating the roll out of trade and sales incentives, ensuring the level of enthusiasm and motivation is maintained during the incentive period.
Assisting in the pre and post promotion and ongoing organisation or client reward and recognition program.
Work alongside the Sales Support Co-ordinator to develop effective trade booth themes to ensure SEEK maintains a high profile at targeted trade shows.
Experience and Qualifications required
Studying towards or be a recent marketing graduate.
Previously worked in a fast paced office environment and demonstrated the ability to manage multiple and disparate tasks, including excellent time management and organisation skills.
A proven track record in delivering effective trade marketing programs, including event management, is high regarded.
High levels of assertiveness including the ability to effectively manage stakeholders expectations.
Are outcome focussed and take pride in what you are doing regardless of the task.
Demonstrated ability to see the broader picture and beyond the immediately obvious to enable you to prioritise effectively, make decisions and keep relevant people informed.
Intermediate (or higher) levels of Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
