Description |
New Plymouth has great lifestyle opportunities, beautiful uncrowded beaches and a picture perfect mountain.
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Geologist to join this busy team. You will have demonstrated knowledge in Reservoir Evaluation, Operational Geology, Stratigraphy and Clastic Reservoir Geology.
If you have 3D Reservoir Modelling experience this would be a definite advantage!
Other accountabilities for this role will be:
- The identifying mature opportunities to increase HC resource base across all the operated Joint Ventures
- Provide Production Geological input to full field reviews and field development studies/ planning, taking due account of subsurface uncertainties
- Build and maintain static geological reservoir models (Petrel) utilising well, seismic and geological data
- Write well proposals and provide operational support as required
-Support reservoir management activities as required
