Description |
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to work in a key leadership role within a well-known national waste management company.
Managing the day to day operation of a South Auckland transfer station, key areas of responsibility includes the management of budgets and asset control, monthly board reporting, supervision of the operational team and a strong emphasis on health, safety and environmental compliance.
Success in this role will rely heavily on your ability to direct and motivate all levels of staff, therefore, outstanding communication skills and a fair but firm management style are essential. A transportation or logistics background would ideal, however individuals who thrive on making things happy and want to be part of a dedicated team are of great interest.
