Description |
We are an innovative Auckland based fresh produce company looking to recruit a Production Supervisior to support our growing operation.
This is a hands-on position and it is desirable that the applicant has a background in a similar industry and can demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate a team. You will need to be able to ensure a clear line of communication between staff and management in a safe working environment, producing food products to the highest technical standards. This responsible position requires both organizational and logical reasoning skills along with a positive approach. The ability to manage a team to agreed targets using relevant KPI's and make tangible improvements to our current performance are essential.
To be successful you will have 2 years proven supervisory experience within the food, dairy, beverage or pharmaceutical industries and can demonstrate a record of continuous improvement.
