Description |
Our client is a global leader in Service Management and Facilities Management Solutions are currently recruiting for a UPG Manager.
This senior management position is responsible for the growth of the UPG business by maximising the short-term and long-term profitability whilst maintaining high customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
กค Planning and Sales: to plan and deploy key strategies to achieve sustainable growth in the UPG business whilst providing key account management to the UPG distributor, maximising sales, supply and installation.
กค Leading a small team of engineers to exceed customer satisfaction and optimum profitability.
กค Financial Excellence: by focusing on planned targets for revenue, gross margin, operating assets and growth (30% year on year - 10% net to sales).
The successful applicant will be a qualified leader in Refrigeration or Air-conditioning with excellent sales and management experience. You will demonstrate a proven track record in sales, excellent customer satisfaction, service delivery and employee development within the refrigeration or air conditioning field, receivables management, budgeting & control, and account management.
