Description |
Our client is a global leader in Service Management and Facilities Management Solutions and due to expansion they are currently recruiting for a National Service Manager.
This senior management position is responsible for managing and directing the national service business to achieve optimum profitability by providing leadership and guidance on the growth, operations and administration of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
¡¤ Business development: To achieve short and long term business/policy objectives to increase profit and market share.
¡¤ Customer satisfaction: To excel in customer satisfaction and strong customer relationship management, exceeding customer¡¯s expectations at all times.
¡¤ Providing development and effective management to the technical service team
¡¤ Overseeing all the financial aspects, which include P&L, forecasting, receivables management, budgeting and control, account management and customer satisfaction
The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with management experience. Have a proven track record in profit and loss management and sales growth, excellent customer satisfaction, service delivery and employee development.
