Description |
Our client is a global leader in service management and facilities management solutions and due to expansion they are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager for New Zealand.
This senior management position is responsible for managing and directing the national service business to achieve optimum profitability by delivering single and multi-disciplined service solutions to the client. This will be achieved by providing leadership and guidance on the growth, operations and administration of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer satisfaction: to excel in customer satisfaction and strong customer relationship management, exceeding customers' expectations at all times
• Providing strategic leadership, development and effective management to the service team (multiple locations)
• Overseeing all the financial aspects, which include P&L, forecasting, receivables management, budgeting and control, account management and customer satisfaction.
The successful applicant will be a qualified leader in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management or building controls services with management experience.
You will also demonstrate a proven track record in profit and loss management, excellent customer satisfaction, service delivery and employee development within the Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management or building controls industries.
