Description |
We are searching for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who can assist in managing a diverse mix of tenants and leases for our well respected client.
As a Leasing Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Leasing Manager in delivering effective tenant liaison, rent reviews/ renewals and occupier management services across a range of property portfolios.
An undergraduate qualification in Property, Facilities or Law is required to be successful in this role. Also you must have an advanced level of experience in the Management of Commercial Leases.
