Description |
A large complex National organisation is about to embark on a new programme of work, seeking you as their programme manager.
Your role will be to refine and implement a new residential property development programme, which will result in a modern, fresher, more flexible housing portfolio, required for the employees of this organisation.
After a period of research into best practice, and understanding of the business, you will refine the new policy into an implementation plan. You will interact with other government agencies, property consultants, potential joint venture partners, real estate specialists and property developers. You will likely craft varied models of delivery, depending upon the different locations over the country, and their operational requirements. You will then implement a full spectrum of property related solutions across approximately 3,500 residences nationwide.
To be considered, you will have practical experience in the development of property on a large scale. You will ideally have a relevant tertiary qualification, along with solid project/ programme management experience involving coordinating a complex network of activity. You may come from either a commercial or public sector background, and you must have the ability to influence others to achieve outcomes. You may be seeking your next career move upwards.
Please note that this role will pay between $70-$75K per annum.
