This is an easy-going and relaxed environment where you will have exposure to all the inner workings of the business.
In modern, open plan offices in Albany you will enjoy a diverse, busy role.
Your core responsibilities will be;
Assisting with Month end
Monthly Payroll on Comacc
Accounts Payables and Receivables
Updating the cashflow forecast position daily
Processing journal entries
Processing inter-company charging
You must competent to do the above duties, although good training will be provided.
With daily interaction with the Sales staff, Technicians and Management, this is definitely a role for someone who enjoys people contact!
You must have excellent communication skills and at least five years experience in Accounting roles is preferred.
