Description |
Employer:healthAlliance
healthAlliance is a shared services company providing a range of services to both Waitemata and Counties Manukau District Health Boards. Our Penrose based Staff Service Centre provides a centralised Payroll and HR Administration service, with a total payroll of approximately 11,000.
With your proven experience in a payroll function, you will be practised at working to deadlines, providing a customer focused service and committed to the management of data and it's integrity.
You must have:
Payroll experience in a medium to large sized organisation with multiple occupational groups and employment agreements
Sound knowledge of employment agreement conditions and NZ employment legislation
A strong customer service focus
Basic - intermediate knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive approach with the ability to follow-through on issues
