Description |
Our established client is known worldwide to the yachting community and is the leader in the field of composite manufacturing within their specialist niche market.
We are looking for skilled Boat Builders to work as part of a highly motivated and dedicated team. The role includes all aspects of construction of large components, moulds and associated products. You will be involved in assembly of structural fittings, finishing work and manufacturing of related components. You will be liaising with designers, purchasing and other team members, so the ability to get on well with others is important. Taking pride in your work, quality and attention to detail is essential in this challenging and exciting environment. Future opportunities within this company are real, and the supportive management ensure growth and career progression. You will also have the chance to work on projects from start to finish, differing from the norm in manufacturing, giving much wanted variety in your work.
