Description |

My client is a well-established company and enjoys a pre-eminent position in the market as a leading supplier of all marine repairs and maintenance services. Due to internal restructuring and growth they require a suitably qualified and experienced Manager to assume full responsibility for the mechanical and fitting aspects of the company's operations.
The appointee will have a marine engineering qualification with very good experience in ship repairs. The ideal candidate will also posses the following personal attributes.
Strong leadership ability and work as part of a team.
High degree of self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
Accomplished interpersonal and communication skills.
Multi-tasking with lateral thinking skills.
Commitment to customer service.
A hands-on approach.
