Job Description Employer: Recruitment Solutions Ltd
Salary : $40-45,000

Our client is a well-established Finance company and they are on the hunt for a sales support officer to join their close knit team.

Your main objective will be to assist the sales and marketing team and help the company achieve the targets set out.

You will be responsible for:
-Filling out application forms and preparing documents for clients
-Processing finance documentation, start to finish in a timely and accurate manner.
-Providing professional customer service each and every time.
-Helping out with the approvals
-Completing reports on a weekly basis
-Helping out with the marketing department
-Developing analytical skills related to financial accounts
-You will be required to manage the reception desk when necessary, and undertake housekeeping duties


The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years administration experience and a stable work history. It is important that you have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on attention to detail.
Ideally it would be great if you had an understanding of the finance process.

Salary ranges from $40-45,000 you must be a permanent resident or citizen of New Zealand to be eligible for this position.
