Job Description Employer: Maxrecruitment

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your Construction Project Management career with one of New Zealand's longest established specialist project and construction management consultancy. Come on board in a key support role to Senior Construction Consultants.

You'll be closely involved with the planning, administration and commissioning stages of the projects and responsible for aspects of the delivery phases of the projects. There will be a mix of office, site work and attendance at PCG and client meetings.

Entry can be from experienced junior through to intermediate experience. A construction related qualification such as Trade Cert, NZCE Civil or a B.Const is essential. It is important that you are able to demonstrate your ability to think outside the square, learn fast and be involved.

The company's projects cover a diverse range including commercial, residential, industrial, government and infrastructure. In addition to that, they also manage fit-outs, refurbishments and development projects, providing strategic planning advice and property feasibility studies for commercial property owners and their tenants. They pride themselves as a well oiled team with in depth QS, construction, architecture and project as well as business management knowledge.

The career path is huge - through to full senior project management of your own jobs when you're ready for it.

The role is primarily based from the company's pleasant open-plan offices in Auckland's vibrant City fringe - right amongst the construction action.

The package is expected to fall in the $65,000 to $85,000. The company is highly supportive of staff undertaking ongoing training and professional development.
