This is a wonderful opportunity to join Victoria University¡¯s Facilities Management team who are responsible for the University¡¯s physical environment including planning, design, construction and maintenance of the buildings plus all related services and utilities.
The role of the Project Manager is to manage the related projects for the Facilities Management team and you will need to have demonstrable project management and planning abilities combined with excellent communication and relationship skills. The types of projects you could be involved in range from building refurbishment and workplace design to major plant replacement. The successful candidate will need to be organisationally strong, highly numerate and logical in their approach.
We would welcome applications if you have a relevant tertiary qualification particularly in architecture, engineering or building services, and are focused and service-orientated, with a minimum of three years previous experience running small to medium-sized projects.
