Description |

Having completed work on some of New Zealand's most prestigious projects this company has built a reputation as a leader within their field and with expanding operations throughout New Zealand in both the commercial and residential sectors the need for an experienced contracts manager has become available.
As contracts manager the key objective of the role is to ensure the efficient management of large commercial contracts and to ensure all customer expectations and experiences are fulfilled.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the project management of specific projects Liaising with clients, architects, designers and industry professionals Tender preparation and delivery Financial management of contracts Managing the ordering of international materials Working with the management team to review company operations when required You will have proven experience in high value contract negotiations and administration combined with experience in managing a team of professionals to ensure your success in the role.
