Our client provides New Zealand's most comprehensive range of facilities, infrastructure maintenance and management services. They are seeking an Operations Manager for Property Services to further develop and implement both the strategy and the tactics required to grow this business.
This role encompasses all aspects of operations including the effective management of contracts, projects, budgets and resources to deliver optimum productivity and profitability for the organisation. Able to cut through the clutter, you can recognise the real issue, identify solutions and provide process improvements no matter how big or small. A coach by nature you enjoy developing and leading people to grow their skills and achieve.
You¡¯re able to forge & foster relationships and you can present, translate, and communicate ideas and information to all concerned. You will identify and secure new business opportunities whilst keeping abreast of market activity.
This role has a strong financial and reporting component and your ability to analyse the numbers and provide meaningful insights is essential. The focus of this role will be linked to their largest client and requires the management and compliance of key KPI¡¯s.
