Description |
Employer: scarletBlack and Associates
leading Australasian print group is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Auckland plant in a senior operational role reporting to the North Island Manager. The company has a variety of interests in the print media services environment and is focused on providing outstanding customer service using the finest technology and the best people.
The person we are seeking with be responsible for improving the performance of a significant print manufacturing site. You will be responsible for a team of around 200 with 5 direct reports. The ability to streamline existing operations and evaluate and implement new technologies and procedures within agreed budgets is paramount. In addition you will be able to demonstrate your experience in the following areas:
Staff training and development.
Environmental and workplace safety requirements.
Production performance and benchmarking.
Manufacturing best practice methodologies.
Financial responsibility.
Experience in a large manufacturing environment is essential, but not necessarily within the printing industry.
