Description |

EDS has an immediate opportunity available for an experienced Middleware/ Web Administrator to join a diverse team of talented and committed individuals focused on providing expert support and problem resolution skills.
This is a varied role which will see you taking ownership for production defects, deploying and supporting Enterprise applications through to providing technical guidance on implementation of new products.
We are looking for sound exposure to "n" tier architecture and experience working with iPlanet web server, SunOne applications server and LDAP directory server in addition to the below:
Unix (solaris 2.6, 7, 8) system administration (Advanced+)
TCP/IP networking (Advanced+)
Ability to analyse and resolve complex operating system, network and application problems (Advanced+)
Knowledge to use Solaris diagnostic tools, such as prstat, vmstat, gcore, truss
Exposure to iplanet web server, application server, directory server, siteminder, vignette server, actuate server preferable
