This company is a leading name in the provision of information technology solutions in New Zealand.
It currently has a requirement for IT professionals with around 1-3 years plus Unix experience to join a dedicated team providing operational support and project work in a telecommunications environment.
This team is a social bunch who like to have fun. The work is challenging - it includes design and build work as well as day to day systems support and administration - and there is plenty of scope to learn new technology.
Ideally you will need solid Unix and?or Linux systems administration experience and an outgoing personality to be successful in this role. Candidates with experience of HP-UX and Linux are preferred, although AIX and Sun Solaris skills are also highly desirable. Any telco experience would be a bonus.
