This industry expert made his millions the 1st time owning a specialist recruitment business in the New Zealand market. He has decided to do it again! Utilising over ten years of senior level contacts, the plan is to build a business at the top end of the market using search methodology and networks.
This role will suit a recruitment industry expert keen to ¡®do what they do best¡¯ in an autonomous role with financial rewards in excess of $150 000pa. As with any sales role this is based on performance. You¡¯ll need to bring your own systems, processes and business savvy combined with a track record to support this move.
You¡¯ll be someone with ¡¯chutzpah¡¯ in your sector – ideally finance and accounting with the ability to manage roles in excess of $100k. Words like charisma, clout and confidence will describe your personality and I¡¯ll add entrepreneurial for good measure!
