Description |

Trading since 1957, ETRS designs, implements and evolves risk and remnant life asset integrity systems to meet the critical asset strategies of capital intensive industry in the energy and related sectors. ETRS operates 14 offices throughout the Eastern Seaboard of Australia with strategic alliances in Western and South Australia, delivering an extensive range of technical and scientific services to a wide variety of customers.
In 2005 ETRS was acquired by West Australian energy services company PearlStreet Energy Pty Ltd. Together, the PearlStreet Energy and ETRS companies have over 220 employees, including skilled engineers, operators, technicians and maintenance staff and annual revenues of over $30 Million.
Due to continued demand for services and expansion of the business, ETRS has immediate career opportunities for a number of experienced Senior and NDT Technicians based in our Hunter Valley and Sydney offices. Both these locations offer the capability to develop your career in one of the most vibrant, populated and visited States in Australia.
Ideally, the successful candidates will have recent and significant exposure to the mining industry, heavy engineering, petro-chemical, power or engineering services sectors and be looking for a new challenge and/or the opportunity for advancement.
Specifically, successful Applicants must possess qualifications in at least one of the following:
Industrial Radiography;
Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant Inspection Techniques;
Ultrasonic Testing Techniques;
Successful candidates must also be willing to undertake continuing training to develop their careers in NDT.

To be considered for this role, applicants must also be able to demonstrate:

A willingness to travel to different locations as required;
Proficient computer skills;
Exceptional communication skills targeted for different audiences including both internal customers and management and external our customer base; and
Be adaptable to meet and take on new challenges.
