Description |
Employer: New Zealand Trade & Enterprise
This role is responsible for supporting the strategic and operational activities of the Business Programmes division by providing analysis and executive support to the Group Manager. You will assist in the development of the Group's strategic and business frameworks, plans, output agreements, statements of intent and other agreements.
You will provide effective executive assistance and support to the Group Manager including management of diaries, arranging travel, monitoring of the Group's expenditure against budget and preparing complex documents, presentations and reports. You will also provide support to the Incubator Development Manager, the Growth Services Fund Programme Manager, and the Enterprise Development Grants Programme Manager.
You will have sound research and analytical skills, knowledge of business and government processes and the ability to clearly interpret and communicate complex financial and business information.
