You may have a background in consulting, training or learning and development and be seeking to join a dynamic consultancy which has enjoyed recent rapid growth.
Your primary focus will be to develop business in the Auckland market, supported by other parts of the business throughout New Zealand. You will be comprehensively trained and certified to deliver leadership programmes to enable clients to gain value from your expertise. Your challenge will be to manage new business development at the same time as designing and delivering leadership programmes.
An academic qualification, experience in development and delivery of leadership development programmes is essential. Equally important, you will be recognised for your networks and ability to build long term relationships. As a self starter you will have a track record in business development. Genuine and engaging, you will be confident at credibly interacting and presenting at all levels. The ability to influence and engage clients is essential as is true customer service ethic and consulting skills.
