Description |
Employer: The Johnson Group
Experienced PM Contractor required to manage multi projects and gain ¡°buy in¡± and support from senior stakeholders and their staff.
Ideally, you need to have at least 3 years experience in managing projects either in IT or business capacity with the following skills and attributes:
Manage the schedule, budget risks, issues and quality of the solution
Focus the entire project team on business goals and targets
Motivate the team and win their loyalty
Escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner for speedy resolution
Engage others to help remove obstacles to progress
Ensure work processes, systems and tools are effective
Ensure business compliance
Set and meet customer expectations
Some scoping, planning and business casing will be required, as will the need to travel to Christchurch on a regular basis.
