Description |

Positions at this level are rare in the marketplace and this one offers a high level of remuneration with an opportunity to contribute to the commercial direction of the organisation. Managing the Finance, HR, Legal and IT teams, the Board and the Executive Team will count on the broad commercial advice you can provide across the many facets of the company.
You will be involved in the company¡¯s strategic planning and play an integral part with any due diligence and acquisitions. Your knowledge of what drives the P&L and Balance sheets will see you providing recommendations to achieve higher results. With an Australian subsidiary, you will have experience with consolidations and transfer pricing. New HR and IT initiatives will see you leading key projects to support the growth strategy. This is a senior role reporting direct to the CEO and you will need to have a strong experience managing multi functional teams. This will ideally include experience in a listed company and/or in a vendor environment along with Six-Sigma or proven business improvement experience. You must be able to gain confidence of others and have proven influencing skills.
