Description |

The Child and Youth Health Team is a large multi-disciplinary team that provides a wide range of health services for school aged children, young people and their families. Services include primary health care and health promotion. We work in schools, homes and other community settings.
You will be involved in facilitating health promotion initiatives, including networking and liaising with regional interagency groups and healthcare personnel. You will be an enthusiastic, motivated, resilient person who can demonstrate effective communication skills, an understanding of successful health promotion strategies and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will have previous experience in health promotion and a background in health, education or community development.
This is a 3 year fixed-term full time position, based at Greenlane Clinical Centre.
A current, clean New Zealand driver¡¯s license is essential.
