Description |
Employer: Parker Bridge Recruitment As the Office manager, you will demonstrate extensive front office management strengths and relationship skills to ensure the smooth coordination of office procedures.
Your role will cover the following areas, but not be limited to:
* Developing and fostering relationships * PA support to two General Managers (Diary, travel and correspondence management) * Managing the reception team * Providing hands on project assistance * Managing confidential information
This role requires a natural organiser, a task juggler and a people coordinator. You will have exceptional systems skills and an understanding of financial procedures and budget monitoring would also be advantageous. It is imperative that you are approachable and personable and have the ability to think quickly on your feet.
