Description |
Employer: Recruitment Solutions Ltd Our client is currently on the hunt for four collection Officers. They are a stable successful Australian company.
If you like having targets to work towards in your role and you like being rewarded for your efforts with $$ as an incentive then this may be the ideal collection role for you, not to mention an easy non hectic location to travel to.
They ideally are interested in people that have previous collection experience, whether it is working for a bank or finance company, a government organisation or any other organisation.
You will need to be a good negotiator as you will be making payment arrangements with clients, being resilient will be an advantage as you will sometimes be dealing with trickly clients.
You day will also involve skip tracing and debt investigation you will also be working on the dialler system for a few hours a day.
Due to the nature of this type of role it is important that you have a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
You must be a NZ permanent resident or Citizen of NZ
