Based in Onehunga, you¡¯ll be joining a down to earth friendly bunch that work hard but also have a really good time.
Day to day you¡¯ll be on those phones making outbound calls and up selling as you go. You are responsible for the end to end process, which means taking the orders and dealing with quality and delivery issues. This role is fast paced and suited to an organised, deadline orientated, switched on soul. To do well here, you¡¯ll have a good sales focus and be able to spot an opportunity to get more products moving!
Ideally you come from a solid customer service background but it¡¯s not a deal breaker if you haven¡¯t. What is super important is your ability to build relationships and rapport over the phone. It¡¯s also vital that you are a good time manager, who can multi-task and have a fantastic attention to detail. Computer savvy with good data entry speeds is also the order of the day.
