Description |
Employer: Alpha Personnel Recruitment Ltd.
This is a fantastic permanent part time opportunity for a positive, self motivated, team player to contribute their skills to a Not for Profit organisation that champions the cause for children all over the world.
The role requires you to be responsible for the successful conversion of previously approached potential sponsors. The people you will be contacting by phone will have already been contacted and often have Sponsor packs so the calls will be very ¡®hot¡¯. Your challenge will be to maintain communication channels with them, answer any of their queries and essentially ¡®close¡¯ the sponsorship deal with them.
The key attributes that will ensure your success in this role include:
Strong phone based interpersonal skills
A ¡®soft sales¡¯ mentality
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work autonomously
Initiative, focus and a can do attitude
