Description |
Employer: Chandler Macleod
Our client is a highly successful, well-established, player in the Auckland construction market. Their design and build option means clients deal with one company from initial planning stages to the completed construction, bringing clarity and economy to construction projects.
Their current requirement is that of a Quantity Surveyor to financially manage and control negotiated commercial projects. This is a role with full financial responsibility for letting contracts, payment schedules, cost negotiations, the contract administration and final account balance.
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified, possess solid New Zealand Quantity Surveying experience – but most importantly, have the ability.
If you¡¯re a self-starter with the confidence and flexibility to handle any situation this varied role will deliver.
