Description |
Employer: Retailworld Resourcing Ltd
With your well tuned bar management skills, excellent product knowledge, excessive style and charisma and a natural ability to lead, you will feel right at home in this centrally located bar.
Your duties are to:
Manage all financial aspects of the bar and report into the GM of Food and Beverage
Manage and motivate a team of bar staff
Set and achieve sales targets
Work with the hotel management team to improve systems and procedures
Be a mentor to your staff
The best bar manager will have:
Hospitality management experience, preferably in a bar or hotel environment
Excellent business acumen skills
Strong leadership style
Excellent communication
Style and confidence
