Sadly our Executive Chef is moving on after 3 successful years during which Hammerheads has received excellent reviews and patronage. We are now looking for an Executive Chef with high standards, passion and commitment. Kitchen management skills are essential, as is the ability to create a la carte and set menus serving up to 180 patrons. Wedding and other private functions are regular events.
