Our client is a leading corporate organisation with a reputation for quality service delivery to their clients.
To assist them in identifying and attracting high calibre candidates for their company, they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for their established team.
You will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for a demanding and diverse customer base. This will involve sourcing methods and leading the recruitment process in collaboration with the Line Managers. Your ability to anticipate and proactively manage recruitment assignments will be essential in this role.
To be considered for this role, you must have recruitment experience. You must be able to work under pressure and have the ability to communicate and influence at all levels. You must also be familiar with current recruitment methods. A fun personality and a sense of humour will also be essential when joining this team!
